Hourly Rate: $235/hour

You have two options when it comes time to start designing. Lynn can make a personal consultation appointment and meet at your home for an hourly fee. The ideas and necessities that you want incorporated will be discussed, and with this, Lynn will create a design just for you.

You can choose a flat-fee agreement, which is a design package including the following:
- Initial consultations to discuss design options, budget, and timeline
- Color palette and textures to be used
- Preliminary design concept and space plans
- Product specifications – details and pricing
- Detailed floor plans and elevations
- Construction labor costs
- Lighting specifications and electrical ceiling plan
- Selections for countertops, backsplashes, flooring, cabinets, and appliances
This process takes around 6-8 weeks, resulting in a clear idea of costs, style, concept, and the project’s starting time.
